Dear Foodies,

Robin is gracious enough to let me post something on this site, and I believe for good reason. He can see the importance of the message. I have taken on a new venture with a company called City Concierge. This company works with local hotels, bed and breakfast, local business (big and small), and with the local patron to show clients from all over the world how grand this city is. City Concierge's focus is mainly on the independents, the little guy with big ideas, those who purchase as much local fare as possible, and those who truly bring excellent to their field. Getting people to the local "hot spots" is what we do.

The owner of City Concierge is a wonderful local named Laura Wallace. With 19 years of study and experience as a Louisville resident, she has made connections with local businesses in all walks of life, putting her in a unique position to provide visitors to the City with whatever they may need -- the impossible-to-get reservation, clothing on the spur of the moment, an engagement ring after business hours -- and provide them with up-to-the-minute guidance to the best, most entertaining and unique experiences that Louisville has to offer.

What I am going to ask of you is simple. If you are a restaurant owner or manager, send me all the info you can. This might be TOGO menus that we place with an itinerary, business cards, entertainment updates, and anything else that you feel will insure getting butts in the seats. My email address is elliotbottomley@yahoo.com. You may contact me to get further information. This is great publicity for you.

Those who are patrons to a particular spot, and you want to help them succeed, please pass the word along. The more info we receive on these local gems, and the quicker we receive it, the better. If we can just get a small percentage of tourists to your establishment, then we feel as though its a huge win. You can checkout our website to see more of what we are about @ cityconciergelouisville.com.

Thank you and be blessed Louisville,

Elliot Bottomley

I am sure you will do very well Elliott. My wife and I went by 60 West to see you the other night and Charlie shared about your new venture.

Thank you all for your best wishes. I feel blessed by this cities' support in all this transition. Please send me all you desire to help promote you. The hard copies of menus would be best. That is one thing I am finding out quickly. My cell is (502)619-0113, and Laura Wallace's # is (502)836-4376.

Please be blessed
