So I ate at Limestone Monday evening. I had the grilled game trio (not on online menu); my companion, the grilled seafood trio (varied from online version). Before I could even get a bite to my mouth, my companion was commenting on the perfection of his diver scallop; the swordfish and jumbo shrimp were quickly scarfed down, the only comment being "Mmmmm." My lamb chops and bison strip were totally positive, but then there was venison sausage: beyond compare, without a note of negativity. Being of venison, the sausage was not "fatty," but t'was flavorful and moist. I believe the main flavoring was a Spanish smoked paprika. Pure heaven, supreme bliss; I am still dreaming of it.
