Found our way to Midori on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the place was nearly empty at 7PM when we arrived - it better build some traffic very soon.
We started with two wraps, one a spicy crab wrap and the other a less-spicy ("crunchy") crab wrap. Both were perfectly fine, although the wrap itself was not really edible. My wife ordered a small salad which seemed pretty pedestrian.
For entrees she ordered two more sushi selections: a spider roll and a tuna roll. Both seemed to have fresh ingredients and were generously sized. I ordered a New Orleans roll, which is crab with baked crawfish on top, slathered with sauces. The portion was just plainly huge. While the menu indicates it was spicy, I did not find it so, although I enjoyed it greatly. When the sushi chef found out I liked heat, he sent out an order of "Playboy" gratis (a roll with shrimp tempura, avacado and spicy tuna). To be nice to the better half he sent her a complimentary "Playgirl" (sub crab for tuna from the Playboy.) Both were quite good, but at this point we both were sushi-overloaded.
Short wine and beer list, nothing terribly interesting there.
All in all, quite good food and excellent service. All of the above (one beer, two glasses of wine) totaled $55, with a $15 tip.
