Food network

Just browsing through it, because of the hotbrown throwdown jazz, I come upon a new show called simply delicioso which starts on the 14th. I hate to sound like a guy but good gracious is that host attractive. I have to stand strong though. I don't want to be seduced into watching it based on the looks of the host. Be strong :?

The Food Network has become increasingly geared toward people who don't really have much interest in cooking. I understand that its ratings have greatly improved since it adopted this approach.

These network executives know what sells...Ever catch the promo of The Weather Channel's new show Abrams & Bettis: Beyond The Forecast?...One look at Stephanie Abrams will explain what "Beyond The Forecast" really means...Which is not to say that girls like Stephanie Abrams and The Food Network's Ingrid Hoffmann don't know their stuff, but a little eye candy can be very sweet to network profits...Of course this kind of thing has been going on for years...Anybody remember our own Phyllis George on the CBS show The NFL Today?...

Giada De Laurentis

Sandra Lee
Nigella Lawson

It won't be long until Food Network has a swimsuit edition.

The eyes have it, Sandra Lee or as I call her, Aunt Sandy I mean
what a doll. Smart to I think. What a rack.

Nigella Lawson........deeply mysterious.

Giada's a hotta.

The one I would like to spend time with is Cat Cora she can cook.
She's from Mississippi yum yum. yes I would.

I love how even on a message board devoted to restaurants and food, I still can't escape men commenting on women's racks.

See I dont find any of them attractive that is listed, except Nigella. I did see those others as an attempt at eye candy but they do nothing for me. I find Sandra Lee resembling plastic but she seems nice. If I even watch her show the only rack I am interested in is the real one in the stove. Giada seriously frightens me with her crazy smile and forced hand gestures. I see Giada or Rachel on and I am quickly turning the channel in disgust not so much because they are bad people but because they are so forced. I didnt watch the Padma show but she is attractive. She looks like she has had some kind of face surgery though. Cat Cora is nice in a natural, cute way. As you can tell my tastes are closer to natural rather than manufactured.

Padma is on "Top Chef" on the Bravo Network. I actually enjoy watching Gail Simmons and Tom Colicchio who actually do seem like they know what they are talking about. I don't get the idea that Gail is there for glamor but for real life food knowledge. If she doesn't have a clue she's fooled me. (Not that fooling me is the most difficult thing in the world.)

I do enjoy the Food Network but I really like Iron Chef (for theater) and the 'travel shows' where the hosts travel around the country to different places. Actually Rachael Ray led me to a place called The Flying Biscuit" in Atlanta that I would have never found had I not watched her show. Fun place.

I think we were refering to the show Padma did on the food network before top chef came about. She is food network alumni. I dont watch her current show on bravo either.

When it comes to Food Network's appeal nothing tops the Original Famous Ray's...or was that the Famous Original Ray's?...
