San Diego Hotbytes?

Here's one that looks pretty comprehensive. It doesn't have a forum, and the reviews appear to be written in the "see no evil" style - they do give star ratings, but even the one-star reviews read like raves - but it does give a good overview of a lot of San Diego restaurants:

I have to say that I love Kono's cafe in SD on the boardwalk btwn Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. It's nothing fancy, but they just have great breakfast food! The line often goes out the door, but the wait usually isn't that long. They make an awesome breakfast burrito and giagantic pancakes. There is seating inside, or adjacant on a patio overlooking the ocean.
