Norfolk/Virginia Beach eating establishments

Linda and I are headed for Norfolk/Virginia Beach area at the end of the month and we could use some recommendations for restaurants in that area and along the way.
Unlike most of you, I am not a nut, but I do roast em.

If you drive I-64 recommend a lunch stop at Michie Tavern near Monticello. A bit touristy but really good food and kind of fun.

Also Little Washington, Virginia has a great inn for up scale dining.

I really enjoyed the following place when I use to live there. Overlooks the Chesapeake Bay. It is in the upper range of the price scale, but well worth it.

Here is a great casual place. A group of us from work would eat there at least twice a week.

When I lived there I cooked at a place Called "The No Frill Grill" it was on Tidewater Dr, but they may have moved, amazing BBQ sauce, and try the Funky Chicken Sandwich.
