Hats off to Westport Boombozz.

The service warranted this post as it was but as hard as I've been on the decision to move this location I wanted to share my experience.

Due to where I live and the hours of this location it's been difficult for me to make it out and try the new version in this area. Saturday afternoon my girlfriend and I finally made it out.

Betsy was our server who was very attentive and friendly even when I was afraid we were going to be viewed as troublesome table when asking to move after placing our order. (We asked to move as we got seated in a corner directly under a TV and my girlfriend felt uncomfortable.) We ordered a couple appetizers as they had the half price special in effect. My waistline didnt need a double dose of fried cheese from the fritters and the ravioli but so it was. Both were tasty and hot and goo enough that I need to stay away from having them available often haha.

We ordered a build your own pie with kalamata olives, potato, spinach and roasted red peppers. The pizza arrived, I took a bite and looked to find the red peppers were not there. I told Betsy whom I just expected to adjust our check. She came back and said we were getting the pizza made correctly as a free take home. I was impressed this was not requested or needed but just offered.

So much praise to the staff and food at the Westport location.
I am the original Mike G, never mind the impostor.

I am kind of a big deal.

I love it there and found them (Tony in particular) gracious in the rare instance I had an issue.

Everybody makes mistakes... it's how we deal with them that separates us.

I completely agree with this statement, Stephen.
