
Hello again, fellow foodies and beer lovers. O'sheas on Baxter is hosting a Hop Week June 21st-27th. To kick off the week we are also doing a 6 course HOP dinner, Sunday on June 20th. Here's the menu:

$45.00 per person and you get a custom hop week t-shirt!
The Hop Week 6 Course Dinner Menu :
APP- Spicy Asian Crab Roll
Crab seasoned with cayenne,wasabi; then wrapped with sticky rice and rolled. Paired with Three Floyd's Gumball Head (First time in KY!)
SALAD- Roasted Red Pepper and Mango Salad
Fresh Romaine and Iceberg chopped and finished off with mango slices, roasted red pepper, roaring 40's blue cheese. Accompanied with a sweet apple vina. Paired with Founders Double Trouble.
FISH- Shrimp and Grits
Chedder cheese grits breaded and deep fried. Served with pan seared shrimp and a spicy sweet tea sauce, to soothe the soul. Paired with Stone Cali-Belgique.
INTERMEZZO- Mango Peach Ice Cream with a "Randal" dry hopped BBC Bourbon Barrel Stout reduction sauce.
MEAT- BBQ Pork Ribs
Dry rubbed for three days; then slow roasted served with a potato and beet gratin. Paired with NABC Oaktimus (first time in KY!)
Dessert- Peach Cobbler
It's Cobbler! You can't go wrong with cobbler! Paired with Dogfish 120 (WOW!)
The Draft Menu for Hop Wekk is forthcoming, I need to adjust the file from a PDF. I have 25 rare hopped up kegs. Some that haven't been in the state before. Hope you guys enjoy!
