Chef David Cuntz Returns for June 19 dinner at Corbett's

Chef David Cuntz, former executive chef at Equus and now at Colorado's Strater Hotel, will join with the chefs at Corbett's: An American Place for a special five-course dinner on Saturday, June 19, at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $75 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 327-5058.

“It is such an honor to have chef Cuntz back in the kitchen with us,” said chef Dean Corbett. “His culinary skills are truly worth celebrating and I’m excited for the opportunity to work with him again.”

First Course
Southwestern masa encrusted jumbo sea scallop with warm black bean and roasted corn salsa

Salad
Hart County baby lettuce mélange with fried plantains, blood oranges and smoked chipotle dressing

Zanzibar turmeric marinated lemon sole roulade with costa Moroccan couscous and piri piri sauce

As one of Dave's sidekicks at Equus for many years, I'm sure that this will be a great event. I can't wait to see him again!
