Just saw a sign that says "Opening Soon" at the Delta. Any idea what this will be?

And here's the news!

I've learned that Anderson Grissom of Asiatique is leasing the property, where he plans a one world style menu with some American standards as well as a few Italian, Latin, Mexican, and Mediterranean. We'll have to wait a while for more details, including when it will open.

Well, that's great news. Anderson is a stand-up guy, and certainly an excellent mixologist, though I've never sampled his culinary skills.

Good luck Anderson! Share the details.

The general offerings described sound similar to the types of dishes served by Ramsi's Cafe on the World that used to be located on Fifth Street just south of the Delta. I really hated to see them close, maybe this will be a good substitute.

I have evrything finalized now! I will be opening Dish on Market in the old Delta location around the begining of July. We will be serving an international cuisine along with some of the favorites from the previous owner. We will be open for breakfast, lunch, and happy hour Monday through Friday.

I am very excited to be in such a great location and hope to serve outstanding food at very reasonable prices.

Excellent, Anderson. Best of luck, and we'll definitely add it to our Friday happy hour rotation. In fact, if you open in July, we'll pop in with our summer associates in tow.

I assume you'll be continuing your evening duties at Asiatique?
