My plan right now is to make a dish I made for a big dinner at Bob and Carol C's house a couple summers ago: Grilled freshwater prawn on goat cheese and sundried tomato grit cake with tarragon buerre blanc.

You know...that is a great idea. I suppose I'd have to clear it with the Brown-Forman folks, though...I'm pretty sure they are sponsors, and Mr. Laird usually does a cocktail segment. I'll find out, though, Dave!
