New Place Near Mi Patria?

In the shopping center where Mi Patria is located, I noticed new signage for a place called "La Columbiana." I'm hoping restaurant, but the windows were dark, and I couldn't see anything else. I would have gone back and asked the people in Mi Patria, but I was already facing a revolt from the little ones. Dare I hope it's a restaurant with Columbian food?

I think it is going to be a Colombian restaurant. I am not 100% sure but I think it is going to be run by a group of people that are always selling Colombian food at worldfest. I have a few Colombian friends and every year at worldfest we get the business card of the people that run the booth because they run a Colombian catering business and the logo on the business card is the same as the logo on La Colombiana. Colombian food is great and if I can get some good arepas locally I will be a very happy camper!

Arepas! There was a street vendor of arepas on Roosevelt Boulevard in NYC who people came from miles around to buy from. Awwright!

Yes, there is a Colombian Restaurant coming to Louisville.

La Colombiana is supposed to open the second week of June, and I'm sure they will have arepas!
