Open Memorial Day?

by NanW » Wed May 26, 2010 6:25 pm

Coming to town on Monday and finding only a few restaurants open. Any advice on where to get a good meal? It looks like Proof, Avalon. Blu, and Lynn's are my choices. Thanks!

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

It sounds like you've gotten some options from on here. Generally, lots of places are closed on Mondays in Louisville, though Avalon is usually open. I'm not sure about Proof, Blu, or Lynn's, though with Blu and Proof being part of hotels, there's probably a good chance they're open. I'd just give them a call (and would recommend Proof and Avalon over Blu for dinner...).
