We , along with a number of top local restaurants, are going to be doing Cooking Demos the Home, Garden and Remodelling Show this weekend. (Ours is at 3:00)
For those of you who can't make it to the show, we've decide to do a "prequel" of our demo at Gourmet For Everyone this Saturday the 10th at 2:00pm. We will be demonstrating our Planked Salmon with Mustard-Herb Crust & Mango Salsa. The demo will be at the store at 111 South English Station Road (1/2 mile off the Gene Snyder and Shelbyville Road). As always, our cooking demos are free and include samplings of the completed recipe (and anything else I decide to sample that day
