You have got to go get you some of this!

Watch.

His brilliance as a person carries through to the glass! I had forgotten he was gonna do this...

Yeah, pick yourself up, man- this is what matters! These are the minds one should support!

Go see this man and his work- you'll be glad you did!

Tom and I bought one of his barrel kits last fall when he was last at Westport. Just poured the spirit - not bad, although we won't be challenging for master distiller status anytime soon! If you want to try your own hand at an alcoholic chemistry experiment, I highly recommend picking up one of the barrel kits!

We went, we tasted, we enjoyed.

Rick is a very engaging fellow, and is very knowledgeable in his craft. Our palates responded well to the single malt whisky, and we purchased a bottle on the way out. Really interesting flavors, and very smooth.

The barrel kits are an original concept, but I think I'd be too impatient to let it mature the full course.

Oh, and as we were getting ready to leave we had the pleasure of meeting Stephen D.

Hehe...

I still can't get over the humor of your avatar vs who you are. That is so you, just made metaphorish!

If you remember, I knew you upon approach!

Can you do that for me?!?!?

Your wife, B, is also cool like the other side of the Billy D Williams' pillow...

Hehe...

   :D
