Havana Rumba - Middletown

by Bryan R » Tue May 04, 2010 8:04 pm

I could not resist. Last night we hit Havana Rumba in Middletown. Same great taste. Really cool looking patio. Sexy interior. We arrived about 5:30, and got right in for a party of 7 which included 3 kids! Sat in one of the booths. The other family we ate with had never been to HR, and they were blown away. The App Tower was a huge hit. The Havana Rumba sandwich knocked 'em out. Everything was fresh and tasty. I could not tell it was opening night. By the time we left, there was several groups waiting for tables. I foresee many nights at the new HR.

Stopped by Havana on Tuesday and ate. Great food, service attentive, and as always a too much food. When we left around 6:30 there was a long wait. This strip mall has a good Mexican restaurant to eat at too if the line is long. Middletown location is easier to park at the St. Matt. location. Doug Chin
