I am looking for a restaurant that serves a good Egg Benedict using smoked salmon in Louisville.
Any suggestions?

House Smoked Trout Hash $8.99
Served with two eggs any style and choice of bread.

North End Cafe

You could build your own with these options.

Poached eggs with an english muffin.

Their smoked trout is outstanding.

I had a really good one at Olivia's on goss avenue. It is now Michelle's on Goss. It was on the Sunday Brunch menu, you might call and ask about it. I also saw one on the menu at Mimi's on Hurstborne. I had the regular Eggs Eggs Benedict there and it was good.

Yes, we still have a Smoked Salmon Benedict on the menu, it's very popular! And our Hollandaise Sauce is made with eggs from a local farm. We use the eggs the same week they were laid, it's unbelievable what a difference that makes in the richness and color,

Doug, you were one of my customers when I was at Highland Fish Market. I made the smoked salmon there too.

I had bruch at Michelle's this past weekend, and the freshness was readily apparent in my over easy eggs. There was a huge difference in their flavor and richness.

We serve brunch from 9-3. We will be serving our regular brunch menu on Saturday but on Sunday we will be doing our Mothers Day Buffet and the Smoked Salmon is not part of the menu. Our website is not up yet but should be soon. I'll post as soon as it's ready.
