Sergio's World Beers, Shelbyville. Have you been?

by Roger A. Baylor » Sun Jul 01, 2007 9:10 pm

After hearing about this place for quite some time, I met the owner when he came into Rich O's yesterday, and we had a wonderful chat. He has 300+ beers and promising looking food.

BTW, Wing Commander McGowan: Sergio wants to talk to you about distribution problems and solutions.

Has anyone been, or has there been a thread here I missed? Shelbyville is a bit off this New Albanian's radar screen, but I'll make it down soon.

The food is pretty good - try the sauce that goes with the Chili Wontons.
Sergio says the salsa is homemade - also very good. A good amount of cilantro.
Excellent Philly style cheese steaks.
He spent several years working at Marimba's - a Mexican restaurant in Shelbyville.
