When the national press flocks to Louisville during Derby Time, it seems like they usually can't see past the hot-browns and mint juleps. This time, they noticed the sustainable practices, the international-influence, and the AWESOME FOOD. So congrats to Chefs Lewellyn, Paley, and Ucan (>Bruce!<) and their respective crews.
