Boston Globe: Social, Proof, Mayan Cafe

by Blake N » Mon Apr 26, 2010 1:17 pm

Just saw this on Mayan Cafe's facebook page:
732 Social, Proof, and Mayan Cafe were all featured in the Apr 25 Boston Globe. What a great article! When the national press flocks to Louisville during Derby Time, it seems like they usually can't see past the hot-browns and mint juleps. This time, they noticed the sustainable practices, the international-influence, and the AWESOME FOOD. So congrats to Chefs Lewellyn, Paley, and Ucan (>Bruce!<) and their respective crews.

Still happy to see it surface again! I thought the article, while not entirely correct, was favorable for our restaurant community.
