We like the bun light, buttery, and heavy on the cinnamon. We like the goo thick and chewy. Desired amount of nuts varies, but it needs to be pecans, or at least walnuts. No almonds for us!
You have good taste!
I really like TJ Cinnamons, but sadly the only place in nearby you can buy them is at the Arby's at 5329 Dixie Highway or 2119 State St. in New Albany (those are listed on the Arby's website as having them, anyway).
We could open the thread to include cinnamon rolls, too. Believe it or not, Walmart Grocery has good ones. They are actually like biscuit dough and have lots of cinnamon. The icing is good but not extremely sweet.
I used to really like Danish Express, but I haven't been there recently. because the last few times I went (at the old location) they didn't seem to be cooked all the way through. I would be more than willing to try them again if this is still not the case.
I haven't tried the ones at Plehn's, but considering the quality of everything else, they should be good!
