Got a coupon in my mail today for this, Peking City Bistro, apparently this is run by Chef Chen who had the Peking City over in Springhurst where Liangs now lives. If it is indeed the same guy, this should be good eats!

Darn right! He was very well thought of by the Chinese community. The big problem was that, in contrast with Red Pepper and Jasmine, Peking City's policy was to passive-aggressively resist efforts by Westerners to get at the authentic menu. I hope they'll revisit that approach.

Great news! I just got Email from Angel Yue, Chef Chen's daughter. I've activated her in the forum, but to get the word out, Angel says:
