Seviche: Pineapple-Ginger-Jalapeno Sorbet

by JustinHammond » Thu Apr 15, 2010 9:54 am

I don't know if this was just on the specials menu for last night or if it is running through the weekend, but you need to check it out. Definitely the most interesting sorbet I've ever tasted.

Otherwise, the seviches, bison empanadas, flan and service were fantastic as always.

Madi gave me a couple of spoonfuls of her mousse recently - what was it Madi?! I wanna say it was passion fruit habanero mousse? Unbelievable. Best dessert I've ever tasted, but I think it was just a special.
