Heck, a taco trailer, close to Fern Creek has become a destination for many on this site. I went there Saturday and ate in a tent with a kerosene heater when it was like 18 degrees outside. I had to put my gloves on the folding steel chair because the chair was so cold. Heck, the food was good and made it a great experience, I felt like I was roughing it. lol Thankfully, I'm one of the lucky ones and only live a few miles away from this destination.
Anyway, it's just my opinion but I believe Boombozz Pizza has a better future at that location than a Boombozz burger place. I might be wrong but that's my opinion.
And this is a forum for opinions...by all means express them! At least you speak your mind. Shoot, I just think about all the pizza places within softball's throw and think a nice burger joint would be cool. I mean, we have Choi's, Mi Patria, Impellizeri's, Pizza by the Guy,Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa's, Gattis, Jade Palace, Napa, Hiko, Indigo Joe's, Joe's older than Dirt, Jimmy n Richies, Starving Artist, the whole mall thing I never go to...the Carnarita is close. Selena's is close. Limestone, R place (killer lunch specials.) I know I'm missing someone... it just seems to me another pizza becomes that...another pizza. Gourmet Burgers, now, that's something we don't have. We have solid burgers, Joe's and Jimmy and Richies come to mind, but some good craft burgers, no.
Simply my 2 coppers, lol!
EDIT: I DID miss someone- Corner Cafe!
