We leave for Madison on the 6th.

The problem from my perspective is that it's the busy summer fest/event season for craft brewers. Literally, there's something scheduled for me each Saturday between August 8 and mid-October. Seriously. So, I don't want to be the one to hold this up even if Monday - Wednesday are better days for me all told. Go ahead, and 'll run over there and do my own scientific research with the posse in tow.

Thanks for doing the legwork, Paul.

As of this moment, our calendar is open for both Friday and Saturday, Aug. 14 - 15.

My calendar is amazingly open until school starts (Aug 24), so any upcoming weekend would work. My asterisk can just become permanent.

I have nothing planned the weekend of August 14-15; fairly certain the previous weekend is free too.

I made a posting mistake, and the following post went up twice. Feel free to delete this Robin. Thanks!

Alright, let's just plan for Friday 14th unless something changes dramatically. Here's the list as I've got it so far, however I've become a bit confused over who RSVP'd for what date. This is the way I think it stands, but if you catch a mistake let me know.

Robin & Mary*
Todd Antz
Steve P & Becky*
Marsha L & John*
Alan H*
John & Anne Hagan
Brian Curl*
Kyle L
Joe M
Melissa & Tom*
Matthew D*
Eric Holloman*

CRAP! I just realized we have our turn at the LHB Bats tickets that night, and the San Diego Chicken is in town. I know it's stupid, but Mary loves that wacky bird and won't be happy if I go beering and barbecueing instead. We could stay for part of the game and roll in late, though, assuming this goes on until 9pm or longer, so don't change the plan just for me.

Everyone seems okay with the 14th as well. Lets just move it to that night. I'll change the post.

So Friday, AUg. 14 is FIRM? Guess we'd better let KBBC know about this. I'll also change the title of this and the initial post (although I can't change 'em all!)

time of gathering?

Looking forward to it. About time I show my ugly mug at one of these offlines. Getting one in before the school year starts may motivate me to keep showing up once the studying spirals out of control.
