Thats part of running a resturant.....because if you dont have the finances you dont have a resturant...or at least not for long. and it does show that some places are doing well even though the economy is not that great...

I can't tell the difference between Texas Roadhouse, Logan's Roadhouse, or any other "roadhouse" out there. I'd hate to be the person who has to clean up those peanut shells, though.

Actually they give you two buckets...one filled with peanuts and the other to put the shells in it...most places stopped doing it years ago because of the possibility of someone falling. Have you been to one lately?
