Dude, if you don't like it, iggie it. There's not one single reason why anyone posting on these forums should be called names for posting something you happen to disagree with. (unless you cannot come up with a decent argument against them.)

And thanks awfully, but I won't be reading your blog due to the rudeness you've displayed just here in this one single thread. I shop locally and nationally (even online!) I am a woman of many facets! I will however, return to trader joe's sometime this week and buy something in your honor. Probably something with garlic in it.

(Shrug) Who did I call a name? All I did was use some Halloween imagery in deference to the season, and my love of garlic.

Would you PM me when one shows up? Not a young folk, a sage elder statesman.

Can you PM me when a sage pork sausage shows up?

Indeed. Some "food" for thought ...

The hypocrisy of caring for dogs while eating pigs

I think hypocrisy is when I don't share some pig with my dog.

And I've been known to bow my head in appreciation over a rack of ribs.

Another thing about Trader Joe's...........if you don't like any of the wine sold in their wine shop, bring back the empty bottle. The manager told me they would refund your money if you brought the bottle back if it wasn't to your liking.

I was thinking the same thing; seems like a very trustworthy and dangerous policy.

I bought a six pack of KBC I.P.A. that I would have liked to return, but I didn't save any of the bottles.

When I was working out of town, all alone in Indy for almost three years, I became good friends with several TJ employees there, especially the Monday night sample lady.

Here's a shout out to Tracey!

Thanks for the indulgence.

I think empty "bottle" (singular) speaks for itself, and that the management would be above reproach if they decided to say "Sorry" to someone who needed to drink a case to reach the "don't like" decision.

Of course I know you guys are joking, but I think some people might be rude enough to try it. :P
