I also need an idea of whom else will be have food to keep warm in the chafers I'm bringing. Right now I'm using one, Steve is using one and a half and I'm saving one for Bev's pork loin. I was planning in bringing six chafers so we have room for 2 full and half pans unless I need to bring a couple more if needed. Thanks!

We can bring soft drinks and ice. Anything special? Or just coke, diet coke?

I think half pan will work for the pork loin...figured I will just pick up a foil pan to make it in and transport it in if that works.
Talked to Mother in Law today she isn't feeling well so may have to figure out another dessert to bring but will figure something out.
Thanks

Dan,
I think I will need a half pan, if one is still available. Thanks so much.

Alrighty then...

I found a sale on Baby Back ribs, so I'll be Q-ing four racks of those mammer-jammers up for the potluck.

Also picked up 4 bottles of good but inexpensive wine (for community consumption) as well as the fixin's for a couple of appetizers.

Still need a volunteer to make/buy/bring a box for monetary donations...I'm just not going to have the time to get it done. Please.

Unless someone else is dying to do this or has a special idea, I'll head this one up.

Still planning on bringing something salad-y. Also toying with the idea of a squash dessert after a neat-o talk with Gayle last night. Don't think any of those things require a sterno light :D.

BUT, I don't have decent tongs for my salad, and I'd be happy to buy some because I kind of need them, but... Anybody? I am going to Gayle's beforehand and I bet she has some I could borrow if needed.

Oh! I also bring some brew.

I'll take those, too, St. Eve! (flip-flops, right?)

And I'll have a nice craft ale that pairs well with your Q - suck on that. I'm gonna pry your mouth open with a two pairs of tweezers (with the help of some friends) and pour the draft down your gullet via turkey baster. Yesss...
