Just and FYI, I haven't been online for a few days due to a virus on my laptop, but we will most certainly be there!

I don't see myself and my husband on the list, and I chimed in somewhere on page 2. We are most definitely still coming.

Thanks for working me in, Bill - I was prepared to sit on Gayle's lap if I had to.

ALSO! I just caught wind of the fact that Steve R. is bringing his homemade venison jerky to sell. I got 2lbs of his beef jerky 2 weeks ago for $40 ($5 a bag) and I haven't shut up about it since. He makes about five different goumet flavors, and now I can't wait to try the venison (pretty sure I've only tasted venison once or twice in my life).

Lamas - if you're reading this, you wanna get in on it (I won't tell Rusty).

Thanks for the plug Jackie !

Bill, I don't see my name on the list so I am hoping I spoke to you via FBook after these posts. If not I'll just have to sit at the Bloody Mary Bar to eat my Lomito. Oh! and I will have some of the best Venison jerky in the world with me if anyone is interested.

See y'all there! 8)

Don't worry, Steve, I'll happily volunteer Gayle's lap since I won't be needing it! J/k, I won't mind squeezing chairs, and I don't think Seviche minds, either. I know how their Derby floor chart works, and I guarantee there's an extra stock of chairs hanging from hooks on the office walls. After a coupla bloody mary's, I'll be sitting in Gayle's lap for the love of her...

And just to add an extra tid bit about Steve's beef jerky:

Right now, I'm snacking on his Chipotle-lime bag, and it has a bite... some of the spiciness comes from the SLICED GARLIC cooked into every piece. No kidding. Strong lime flavor, thick slices of garlic cloves, and chipotles in adobo with a little honey and sugar. He made a special Spicy Jamaican Jerk because I requested spicy and ordered the 1 lb minimum for the special request, and it turns out that the already concieved one is one I like the best, and spicy enough. Thank you, beef jerky. And thank you Garlic, chiles and lime, may you bless my New Yrs bloody mary the same. Fyi, I'm not doing anything tomorrow for professional reasons, so New Yrs Day is my Big Hollydaisy. Can't wait!

Not to worry either Jackie or Steve R., neither of you will have to sit in my lap as I have just called Seviche to cancel my reservation for today's brunch. One of you can now have my chair!

Unfortunately, I have a cold that just won't go away and I can't see myself sitting in the midst of some of my dearest friends, coughing, sneezing, etc. Since I have had the dumb thing since Monday morning, I was certain that I would be okay by today and I am better, just to yet to the "go out in public" better. This makes me so mad :x because, if you remember, I was the one who jumped on line after Madi posted the menu adn suggested we have a Hotbytes offline. I have been looking forward to this day every since.

Eat well, my dear friends.

Sorry you can't make it, Gayle. Get well soon!

Bill, Madi, do you guys see this? Bill, if you're keeping track of dropouts so we can let Seviche know, please take note.
