Do'nt worry about a deadline. You can just show up, if you wish. At this point, I have an idea of about how many people to prepare for. It looks like around 35, so it should be a fun night. My staff will be wearing hats too.

Thanks for being so generous, Anthony. Here is an update of the original announcement about timing:

The original plan was that an early crowd would show up after work - 5ish? - stake a claim on tables and then the group would fill up as later arrivals appeared. Note that Seviche has half-price apps from 5-7 p.m., and that Anthony has promised to send out bocaditos to the early arrivals.

I think this early start was originally intended to clear everyone out (or move them to the bar) in time for U of L in the NCAA Finals (sob!), but with the low-price apps and the option of coming on your way home from work (and that it's a work night), I think an early start still makes sense.

Awww!!! Sorry you guys can't come, Kim. If it's just a matter of needing hats, I'll bet we could loan you some.

I gave a count of 31 when I spoke with Aude- so I imagine 35 would cover any pop-ups.
I told her 6 PM- but we can certainly move that up, or come in as we can- I know some people mentioned that they couldn't come till after 6.

I am so sad to say this, but it appears my cold has turned to bronchitis. Pretty sure that knocks me out of the dinner - and I am truly disappointed about that... even moreso since I won't be able to give Joseph M a ride - can anyone else help out?

Anyone willing to help out poor li'l old carless me?

Joseph, Sunday night's not very busy on the forum - but I'll bet someone will chime in and offer to take you tomorrow. Mondays are pretty popular (people seem to look at this forum at work - shhhhhh, don't tell their bosses!)
