That's okay. Being the cesspool of the workforce, they get what they have coming to them and know what they're up against. I try to encourage good behavior by safe locking my jewels and leaving a shiny nickel on the night stand. To Insure Prompt Service. And follow up with a full critique in an anonymous comment card post check-out so we're all on the level ;-).

Ahhh yes- Lean Six Sigma, the lean manufacturing methodology that awards its practitioners 'belts' as if they were karate students. Such deep stuff- you know, supply chain refinements, and all.

I believe I'll stick to the handshake-and-hug business and take some kung-fu classes.
