Re: Martini Italian Bistro Offline SUNDAY NOV 13: Who's in!?

I want to make sure that we do not exclude anyone who intends on coming.

Updated Friday night at 11:30 PM

Robin Garr and Mary Johnson - 2
Jerry and Karen Zegart- 4
Gayle Dem- 1
GaryF- 1
Mark R- 2
Jamie O- 1
Clan Stewart-Vermillion- 3
Carol C and Bob= 2
Stephan D and Mollie- 2
Annemarie + 1
Jackie +1

Deb Hall- MAYBE, but will confirm by the 9th.
Suzi Bernert and Richard- Maybe

You only need to let me know if you are not noted correctly or you wish to modify your plans. Otherwise we will assume this is the accurate confirmed list to this point in the thread.

I will try to firm up the menu and pricing over the next few days and put that out too! I am still thinking family style with lots of delicious choices passed around. But we'll see how the pricing goes on that and then we can decide if the menu may be a better choice. Perhaps in the end it will be a combo of the two. A hybrid: "menu plus passed." I want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to join us no matter what their taste or budget. There will be plenty of vegetarian choices too.

Can't wait to personally meet everyone!!!! :D

No problem! Jackie is a great pal, just not that way.

However, my dear bride Mary will be with me, so please make us "Robin Garr and Mary Johnson."

Thanks, Jerry.

By the way, did Jackie R get dropped off of Jerry's list in the confusion?

Re: Anyone up for an offline? It's been awhile!

How about Wednesday evening on the 16th at 6:30pm? Does that not work for anyone?

AnneMarie: "works for me..."

AnneMarie and Jackie R I see a lot of dialog from others suggesting your Sunday 13th attendance, but nothing specific from page 3 forward after Robin established the final date and time.

As noted above from AnneMarie I only see Wednesday confirmed.

Jackie R you organized the thread but I have not seen your numbers although I now see you revised the 1st post in the thread to reflect the final date and time which was decided much later. You also have a list of guest that differs from mine. I certainly do not want to step on anyones toes but this does create confusion. Jackie if you wish to maintain the confirned list and give me a final number that's fantastic. I am more than happy just to arrange the menu based on your numbers. Just let me know either here or via PM.

Can't wait to publish the menu and pricing. I suspect everyone will be very pleased. :D

I'm betting that you thought someone else posted this:

Jackie R. wrote:Sounds like Sunday is the preferred day. How about the 13th at 6:00? That's 2 Sundays from now.

But no worries, Jerry - I'm thrilled to turn this over, I just wanted to get something started. I'll amend the original post to point to yours. And just to clarify, my list was accurate as of the last time I was logged in last night, and I've been working all day.

Also, please confirm Jackie +1 - I had a friend join the list this afternoon.

Thank you, Jerry! What you are doing for this offline is wonderful.

Just a question, will the "family Style" service be a permanent thing for Martini?

As I mentioned above they are serving us family style so that everyone has the opportunity to experience all the flavors of the night...

Allen and Jim are doing this family style exclusively for our group because they understand that this is a group of true foodies that would appreciate and enjoy the opportunity to experience many different flavors now that Martini's is locally owned and operated.
