LOL xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo who loves ya?

Maybe a crab dip??? With a sour cream base?! *smooch*

Also, for vegan suggestions, I always forget about 3rd Ave. Cafe, but they've always had plenty of options. And of course there's Meridian in St. Matthews!

I used to be the chef there when they first opened. Their black bean burgers are awesome. Also, the portabello mushrooms.

Hey, one more reason to like you, Alison! That was the 1st place I had sweet potato fries, back before they were all the hype. And the portabello fingers were predecessors, too. Mmm... And the Bbq tofu (or was it tempe, it's been too long) and black bean burgers with Elvis and trivial pursuit on every table. What else do they have that is vegan, I can't recall right now?

My daughter, Kathy added The Original Garden Burger to our menu for a Meatless Veggie Burger, add chesse and choice of 25 free toppings. $4.39 Home Run Burgers and Fries

Well, as for me, I'm going to the Swan Dive next Tuesday and even though I'm a meat eater, I'll try something vegan and wash it down with NABC's ConeSmoker, which will be tapped at Swan Dive on the same evening. The smoke is vegan, I think.

VK and Dak Shin are the two places where I, a confirmed anti when it comes to vegetarianism/veganism, consistently surprise myself by choosing vegetarian dishes over those containing meat.

I agree, Aaron. There are so many new dishes, in relative to taste, I've found while sampling Veg. entrées. For some reason, meats they use in a few of the dishes don't do it justice.

Not sure if the veggie burger at North End is vegan or not but it is certainly delicious.

I am glad to hear this.
I am the original Mike G, never mind the impostor.

I am kind of a big deal.
