Justin,
Did you try it at Comfy Cow? We had it last night at the Field to Fork dinner for the Food Literacy Project and everyone was raving.

You are right- it's a seasonal flavor. So go get it now! :D

Yeah, I went to Comfy Cow after seeing Dan talk about it in his Field to Fork post.

Damn, it's good.

I went last night. Had a chocolate dipped waffle cone with Dulche de Leche del Salte, chocolate drizzle and whipped cream on top. HEAVEN!

Something else I forgot to mention, I think that a portion of the sales of that flavor are going to be donated to the Food Literacy Project. Thank you Tim and Roy for your generosity! And also to Chef Erica Clark who brought this flavor idea to life in such a great way. It really is that good! :D

You are correct, Dan- 20% of the proceeds from this special flavor are going to the Food Literacy Project. An incredibly generous offer from the folks at Comfy Cow. :D

If you want to see a picture of this yummy stuff, the picture was just posted on the FLP page: http://www.facebook.com/TheFoodLiteracyProject
