But can I still bring the salmon?

Absolutely. I've always thought Gravlax would be a great entry for the annual FOSSILS Funky & Pungent contest. I can't wait to try yours.

I just put my dish in the oven and it's driving the family crazy!

Dave, we'll be happy to give you a ride - it's right in the neighborhood!

That being said, Mary has a horrible migraine right now. If she doesn't get better, we may have to fink out. But we're crossing fingers that it won't last.

What the others said! The "secret ingredients" are just for laughs. You aren't required to comply.

Yum, gravlax ...

Out of curiousity how many of you are bringing dishes with the secret ingredients?

I'm bringing a Bourbon Barrel Stout Chocolate cake with BB Stout chocolate ganache icing.

I am bringing stuffed eggplant with ham, shrimp and sharp white cheddar. Also bring some cokes, cups, plates and a small box of plastic ware. Do we need anything else? I may throw in a chocolate thing, if I have time...

The only other thing that comes to mind is a plastic table cloth or two. We have two long cafeteria style tables and a couple shorter ones. We will set these up in our back room for the food.

A late question, and my apologies. Is there a way to refresh a couple or three loaves of bread there? Or should I just do it before I come? I've got only frozen on hand right now.

We have no kitchen so better refresh them prior.
