Can you be any more specific? PM would be okay if you're nervous about retribution ...

Oh I'm not all that nervous. I had a personal visit from the head/director of Kosair security. His complaints which he specifically said were from the President of Kosair:

People were in front of the trucks and impeding pedestrian flow on the sidewalk.
guilty

People were smoking while they were in line.
I'm not sure how far onto the sidewalks the hospital's no smoking policy extends, but there are plenty of people smoking at the entrance to their parking garage and no one seemed to be policing that.

Trash left.
No way. That's the easiest complaint to throw at us and every truck picks up any trash that gets thrown, even if its not ours. And I was there three days out of five just checking on things and this was not a problem.

We took up too many parking spaces.
We usually bagged ONE meter and one day a week, two. In my time there, there was almost always available parking on the street at that end of AFW. The west end was always slammed, though.

Maybe that clown at the hamburglar place had some influence.

So it went from organized and predictable, to any and all trucks working any area of the medical center any time.

My hubby has worked for Norton/Kosair for nearly 35 years and has had many opportunities to move into management but refuses to do so ...He wont play games with people like they do. He is friendly with everybody from the housekeepers to the Doctors who are Dept Heads and they all know him.
He keeps doing his job putting the Kids first....Too bad they took away a good lunch option.

Bev,
We're still there. It's just not so organized now.
