I'm definitely in, and probably my dad, and most likely my wife. Is there a signup list for this?

Here's who I have so far:

Gayle
Jackie
Robin and Mary
Shane and Donna
Deb and Brian
Antonia and Tim
Brad, his better half and Papa Keeton

We have 13 via hotbytes. I'll begin filling the ranks through the restaurant and other media this week. I'd love to have 25 proper on this...

I'm sorry if I may have missed anyone- let me know, one way or the other!

Scratch my better half. It's just going to be a father and son outing for me.

I would love to attend this, and I'm sure my father would be on top of it as well. Let me iron out some details and get back to you later today, for now though go ahead and save two seats. (Ben & Jim)

Thanks mate, talk to you by 10PM

Hey Stephen,
I will need three places. It will be myself and two friends Chris and Jason. Donna will drop us off and then retreat to the mall and await my call. She is not a drinker or an adventurous eater. Shane, Chris, and Jason. Can't wait.
I'm a bitter drinker....I just prefer it that way

Stephen,

You are WAY more talented and intelligent than I already thought I knew. Seriously - this was your time, place, element. You were so well paced, prepared, engaging, and placid. I hope you're proud, cause you really should be. What an education. This event could have easily cost two or three times what you and Majiid so generously charged us.

The scotched quail eggs and Talisker were my two favorites, but everything was delicious. I am officially a convert!

Thanks, homeboy!

Same here. That was a great way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon. Stephen, you were a great host, and Majid and his staff did an excellent job keeping things moving.

Thanks for putting it all together. Where can we see the pictures?

As much fun as it would have been to sit next to Jackie, sitting directly across the bar from her was perhaps more entertaining. I got to watch her "non-whiskey drinker frowny faces" the whole time, which were a total gas.

Thanks, Stephen, for all the effort you put into this. Your Ph.D in booze really showed, and the many and various pairings provided so much interest. As Brad said, a great way to spend a rainy Sunday. Nice to meet those I hadn't met already - Shane, Deb, and Brian.
