I can't believe mechanically separated as a name hasn't been dropped for something more palatable. In that light, I'm really glad to be going to hear Michael Pollan tonight.

Exactly, the name has already been changed. There will always be some way to skirt the law or blur the lines.

...Think I'll take mechanically separated chicken nuggets over THIS little Cajun (and Asian) delicacy. Fried chicken feet. What the hell though, at least the feet aren't "soaked" in Ammonia. :?

Had some at a dim sum joint in Chicago this past weekend. Not a lot of meat, but pretty delicious. Intense chicken flavor.

Ya'll can eat all the Soylent Green ya want to...Me, I'm having a real lunch.

Fried "Tenderloin of Baloney" Sammich with Velvetta topped with home canned Jalapenos and a French's Mustard demi glace, a can of locally (!!) purchased Sardines (in hot sauce I might add), a big ol' handful of pork rinds, washed down with an ice cold AW root beer.

Can I hear ya say "Hell Yeah". :D
