Fox News has been a leader in the movement--that's part of the problem.
Eve Bohakel Lee wrote:Michael, I appreciate you wanting to evoke the roots/influence of your cuisine in the name of your restaurant, but people can't help but draw conclusions based on a more familiar archetype. It's like if you named your kids George and Martha—many people might think you're a big history buff and named them for the first president and his wife, but in fact you might have just named them after your wife's uncle George and your mother Martha. Similarly, broadcasting an outlet with such a loaded reputation for bias (in any direction) can lead people to assume that is your angle too. All depends on your audience; as I said, some people may see that as a selling point.

Mark, the economics of the doctor's office may be different from those of the hospitality industry, but I think the point some of us, at least, are trying to make is that businesses that serve the public would do well to steer clear of entertainment or decor that might offend some of their customers. WITHOUT REGARD to what particular persuasion it offends.
Actually, I hope my doctor is at least marginally conscious of what's going on in his waiting room. After all, the folks waiting out there are consumers too ...

Well, you know who my doc is. I like his style, and his soul.
