Not that it matters one whit but I was 'in the biz" for over 7 years (5 as a bartender) at Vic Station and today was the first time I've ever heard the term wine key. They were all called cork screws then. (Unless you were using an Ah-So.) I'm with Will, I like "wankee" better.
