The Serendipity Roll @ Maido is hands down my favorite food of all time. Not really a snack, but I guess it could be...

I'm not channeling any long-term food memories today but recently rediscovered cholesterol bliss at Rumors in Middletown, an old favorite we had forgotten about. We gorged on steamed oysters, oysters on the half shell and chicken wings. I think Rumors sets the standard for hot wings in Louisville. It was a heavenly mess, with horseradish, buffalo sauce and blue cheese dripping everywhere. (Someone at our table also had the fish sandwich, which looked great)
