Better be more specific, Laura. In New York City, the Original Ray's has spawned several dozen street-corner imitators. That Ray, who most likely never got close to Louisville, may have been a pizza pioneer!

I was referring to Ray's Monkey House and its owner's insinuation that Boombozz was copying off him in their decision to offer by-the-slice. But you probably already knew that. :)

Hey, all I said is that I had a feeling that once we started doing slices, that others in the neighborhood would soon also.

Don't know why that happened, but it is factual that it did. Quite possibly coincidence. I mean it was way overdue.

'nuff said.

Just having a little fun with you, Nimbus ... you think this kind of treatment is bad, wait until you get elected Mayor! 8)

Oh, I'm all about having fun. Just looking forward to the coming Renaissance in Louisville. I survived my first talk radio Clear Channnel interview, an hour long, on AM1080, so I bet I can handle the ruffians in the forum here...heehee...

Cheers!

Hey Nimbus,

3 days before the 1998 Minnesota gubernatorial election the mainstream press didn't give Jesse Ventura a snowballs chance in hell. What they didn't count on were several thousand Minnesotans (myself among that number) who were fed up with the two party system...The rest as they say is history. Jesse went on to be (IMHO) a very good governor. Sooooooo....never give up the fight.
