Pig City Barbeque in decline!

Personally I never considered abandoning PC just because someone gave them a bad rap on the food forum. Now that we've seen what a stand up guy Tom Osborn is I'm pretty sure I'll be using those restaurant.com certificates to his place sooner rather than later.

On my next visit I hope to engage Tom in a spirited debate on something he calls "juice" or "broth" and I call good ol' "pork fat"

Hmmm...

Pork fat+spoodle= sounds like something I want to eat open-faced!

I have heard the term spoodle a few times. More commmonly known as a perforated spoon.

It's still no Spork.... nothing beats that.

I went back to Pig City today for lunch today (12:30) and got the Big Pig sandwich and fries. No "juice" soaked bun this time and the meat was nicely shredded with no lumps of fat. The fries have changed - thinner instead of the steak cut kind, but with the same batter coating and they were crisp and hot.

The service was quick and attentive.
