Who makes really good Italian sausage?

Gotta give some props to Butchers Best in Prospect! Jimmy makes some great Italian sausage that is always fresh, their Andouille is my favorite and would be great for tailgating. Even though I prefer the pork the chicken/spinach/feta sausage is wonderful!
