Did they re-open?

Last time I was by there, the had the classic "closed for renovations" sign in the window. It's a shame they are closed. The food was excellent, the service was very slow, but they were attentive as can be. Their lasagna was second to none.

Federal Hill is done, insofar as I can tell. The facade's the same, and Rookie's sells cookies there on weekends. It's really a shame. They don't come as atmospheric as FH was.
