I agree, IT IS STEALING. Our employees get 50% off their food, plus free soft drinks in a cheaper cup. I am the owner and my Managers and Employees see me pay for my food as well. My wife and family pay for their food, as well. Food is money, as you know, and it has a value, not free for anyone. Just the way we try to do it, nobody steals.

Depending on the restaurant it may not be STEALING! Many restaurants allow employees have a free meal if they're scheduled to work for a certain number of hours. In this case if the employees were trading their free meal for an employee from a different restaurants free meal I certainly don't see any problem.

omg! there is a god. Five guys was my one of favorite reasons to play rugby in nashville and now there is one in louisville. Very cool!
