I believe the most effective cure is an all-you-can-eat buffet at Golden Corral.

If the thought of that won't scare you into wellness . . .

Hey, gang, thanks for caring! I'm home, gobbling antibiotics like candy and resting a lot, but I'm supposed to be back in shape in a few days, or real soon now anyway.

Pneumonia? Who knew! Wednesday I thought I was getting the sniffles. Thursday I was sure it was the flu. Friday, Mary said, "We're going to the doctor, and we're going right now."

I always thought Pneumonia was just like a bad cold. HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA

Anyway, I'm touched by all your wishes, and I am lurking again, although up for short bursts only and not posting much ... yet.

You are soooo loved . . . and rightly so, my dear. Hope you're feeling better today

Les Peres Trappistes and Sergio suggest the ultimate nectar of the Gods; a properly chilled Trappist beer in the proper chalice. All the best, eventually.

Wow, pneumonia! Tricky stuff. Perhaps a trip south in a slow moving car for a long weekend in warmer weather would make your recovery meaningful and long lasting. I was in Chattanooga and N'ville last weekend and can report the Pear trees and Tulip Magnolia are blooming. Ditto Forsythias too. Either way, hope you are on the mend. CD
