Good Luck to Daniel.

Hope Anthony finds someone for Le Relais, there are a lot of talented chefs out there looking for work.

I think we should let this thread, die. It appears as if some tempers have flared and it is going down the wrong road. May the posters agree to disagree and move on?

Sorry to dredge up this post again, my curiosity has got the best of me.

I saw Daniel Stage name listed in the demo lineup for Campbell's Gourmet Cottage classes.
His name was listed as associated with Louisville Country Club.

My question is, has anyone heard of a replacement for him at Le Relais Yet?

The word on the street is that the sous chef from Jack Frys is the new chef.
