It seems to me that they spent all of the R+D money on tricked out menu boards and the decor and the food seems to be an afterthought...JMHO...

A successful chain strategy I'm sure as determined by focus groups in the appropriate demographic. Some people don't want to have to think about food or where they get it.

I don’t know how Calistoga makes their chicken tortilla soup, but if you stop by Bazo’s, I can guarantee our chicken tortilla soup will have chicken!
