I really like the idea of this thread and it gives me a long list of things to try. Here are mine so far:
Shrimp & Grits – Cafe Lou Lou
Linguini & Meatballs – Cafe Lou Lou
Fish Tacos – El Mundo
Cubano or Havana Rumba w/ Sweet Potato Fries – Havana Rumba
Parrillada de Bifes  - Palermo Viejo
Parmesan Encrusted Chilean Sea Bass – Equus
BLT Fries – Lynn's Paradise Cafe
Shrimp & Grits – Jack Fry's
Pork Chop – Jack Fry's
Fish & Chips – Irish Rover
VIitello Saltimbocca – Vincenzo's
Drunken Chicken – J. Gumbo
BLT w/ Habanero Mayonaise – The Back Door
Chorizo & White Cheddar Omelet – Toast on Market
Biscuits & Gravy- Wagner's Pharmacy
Meats Pizza – Impellizzeri's
Bratwurst Sandwich (with spicy beer mustard) with German Potato Salad - Flabby's
Truffled Lobster Mac N Cheese – Avalon
Mahi Mahi Kebab - Shiraz Mediterranean Grill
T-Bone – Pat's Steakhouse

I need to add that I have only been here for over a year (though I grew up coming to Louisville to eat a lot) and there are several restaurants I really need to try (Seviche in particular).
