Since the lovely future Mrs. B is of the tarheel persuasion, looks like I'll be moving to Asheville. I suspect I'll provide the perfect grumpy Robert DeNiro counterpoint to all the hipsters. At least the beer will be good.

Yes! The Admiral, to me, is the perfect restaurant. Seven Sows, Curate, The Admiral, and many others make Asheville one of the best dining destinations within reasonable driving distance (I live in eastern KY).

Surprisingly, I've actually seen that in some of the local stores recently! Certainly brings back some old memories of Rochester New York where it is brewed and I grew up.
